Audience & Revenue Development Manager

The Blade

The Blade is seeking a Circulation Sales & Retention Manager to design and implement various circulation sales campaigns to achieve established department volume and revenue goals. This person will track, analyze, forecast and report on circulation sales efforts. The position will be responsible for executing programs to achieve subscription order production goals and to implement retention programs to reduce churn. This person will work closely with and monitor performance of third party vendors in many marketing channels, including email, direct mail, telemarketing, kiosk and others. This person will oversee the Single Copy Sales Manager, and manage the results of the Single Copy sales efforts. Knowledge of AAM rules will be needed to make recommendations on sales programs that build audience and are AAM compliant. Other duties as assigned. The right candidate will be a results-oriented self-starter with a track-record of building AAM-compliant sales programs. Good communication skills are required.
