General Assignment Reporter
Peru Tribune
The Peru Tribune, just about an hour north of Indianapolis, is seeking an energetic and self-motivated general assignment reporter to cover news and features. Experience covering local government, police/fire, courts and education preferred. Candidate should have a good grasp of AP style and the ability to work under deadline pressure. Photography and social media skills are a plus.
The Peru Tribune is a mid-sized newspaper in east central Indiana and owned by Paxton Media, based in Paducah, KY. It is published mornings Tuesday through Friday and Sunday.
