The Daily Record in Wooster, Ohio is seeking an experienced advertising leader for our sales and creative teams. Our current advertising director is retiring and has created a solid foundation of success that you will be able to build upon.

Dix Communications, the parent company of The Daily Record, has been a family owned and operated media company for 125 years. We invest heavily in training our salespeople, believe in needs-based selling and offer a full suite of print and digital products to meet our customers’ needs.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of media sales management experience with a proven track record in print and digital sales. Newspaper experience is preferred. We are looking for an individual with excellent motivational, organizational and communication skills who believes in being successful by doing the right things.
