W.Va. daily seeks talented, eager reporter

The Herald-Dispatch of Huntington, W.Va., a daily newspaper located in a city of about 50,000, is seeking a motivated reporter to handle breaking news, courts and general assignment coverage. The position requires aggressive response to breaking news, accuracy in dealing with sensitive court cases, strong writing skills and attention to posting news online. Photography skills a plus. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in journalism, with 1-3 years of reporting experience preferred.
