A great campaign that brings the issue to the public. I think if you asked the public about running Legal Notices online only, their response would be “so what”.The general public does not understand the purpose of publishing legal notices. Most don’t care about construction bids or EPA Findings. These ads are educational and put the topic into perspective. No one wants a cell tower in their backyard. It drives the point home.
