Don’t bother writing your congressman. You probably won’t get a reply.

At least that’s what journalism students at Kent State University found.

Certified letters, on KSU letterhead, posing one softball health care question were mailed to each of Ohio’s 20-member delegation, including both senators.

The students wanted to know what world health care system studies were used by the delegates to inform them in their decisions regarding U.S. health care.

Only three responded. And only one member, Rep. Steven LaTourette, of the 14th District, was helpful.
