A replacement has been named for AdOhio’s former network account executive, Kathy McCutcheon, who retired on Oct. 15.
Mitch Colton is expected to begin working at AdOhio on Nov. 4 and will be taking over McCutcheon’s duties as well as taking on the role of digital specialist.
“I’m very excited to join the AdOhio team,” Colton said. “Everyone I’ve met seems really great and above all I am looking forward to creating solid working relationships.”
Colton said since graduating from Ohio University he has worked in marketing for First Energy Solutions Corp. and in advertising sales for Dix Communications.
“We are very excited to have Mitch on our team,” said AdOhio Advertising Director, Walt Dozier. “He’ll bring great energy and enthusiasm to the position. Kathy McCutcheon always did a great job for us and I’m confident that Mitch will also.”
In his free time Colton said he likes to play pick-up basketball, go hiking and camping, listen and debate music and watch football.
“My dad is from Columbus so I was raised a life-long Buckeye fan despite just recently moving to the city.”
