We are looking for an aggressive journalist with the talent and drive to get better quickly. The Times-Gazette is a community newspaper with a growing digital presence that is among the best of its size in Ohio. While all our writers are really GA reporters, this position will focus on local government issues. We would prefer someone with experience, but we’ll consider recent graduates with at least one good internship. Preference will be given to candidates from Ohio and surrounding states. The Times-Gazette is an 11,000-circulation, six-day A.M. publication. Ashland, a county seat and college town, is located in North Central Ohio, with both Cleveland and Columbus just a little more than an hour away.
