DHI Media, Inc. seeks a full-time, salaried managing editor to direct the news operations for a newspaper in the northwest Ohio (Delphos/Van Wert/Putnam) area. The position requires editorial oversight for its online and specialty publications, as well.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to develop feature story ideation, supervise news reports both in print and online, edit copy, design pages for print products, place stories and photos on the company’s website, write stories, take photographs and videos, communicate via social media across several platforms and direct a small staff.
